Due to high demand and the additional health and safety measures now in place to protect our logistics teams, our deliveries may take a little longer to reach you.

All our orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 working day. Orders placed on a Friday will generally be dispatched on the following Monday. A next day delivery can be prearranged by contacting us at [email protected].

All the delivery options, times and costs are shown in the tables below. However, these are provided simply as guidelines and are subject to change. 

For cancellations, returns or exchanges of your order, please email [email protected]as soon as possible. We will endeavour to accommodate your all you request. Kindly refer to the portlandmicrogreen exchange and return policy for more details.

Once your order is shipped by our shipping partners, unfortunately, we cannot recall or reroute it. The customer is solely responsible for supplying the correct shipping details and address.

The customer is fully responsible for the customs duty and tax when we ship out of Europe/ internationally. Unfortunately, we are not in position to offer custom duty and tax figures since it varies for each country.

The customer is still responsible for all incurred shipping costs in the invent that the package is confiscated or denied entry into a country.
All mentioned delivery times exclude UK Bank Holidays and weekends.
You can choose a sign or tracked option for your orders that may come with an added cost as shown below. This will allow you to track your package from the point of its dispatch to the time it arrives at your door steps.
We use Royal Mail for all orders within the UK and Fedex for all European and International orders. The prices are for orders of up to 2kg in weight. Prices may vary for larger/heavier orders.
